Schoharie County Historical Materials

Material Description

The materials include college-produced records, photographs, monographs, and serial publications relating to the operation of the college, student and alumni life and history, and local communities from SUNY Cobleskill; the negatives from the Harold Tolles photography collection, covering approximately four decades of 20th century community history in Schoharie County, and original land deeds for portions of the county dating to the 1700s from the Schoharie County Historical Society; and archaeological documentation and ethnographic research related to the Native American populations who have lived in the region for over 800 years from the Iroquois Indian Museum.
